| Deliveries within Greece takes usually place 24 hours after your order is placed. If you are in a very distant or hard to get to location, your order may take up to two days. We are not responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. PRICES
For Deliveries within the Attica area
For orders of 1 to 23 bottles the delivery cost is 15 euro.
For 24 bottles or more, shipping is free.
Deliveries throughout Greece
The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. You are informed about the total shipping cost before you confirm your order.
Shipping costs are inclusive of VAT and packaging charges.
Modes of Payment
At this time we offer two modes of payment, secure on-line Visa/Master Card payment and by bank deposit. If you choose to pay by credit card which is the easiest and most popular method then you will be directed automatically to a secure network destination where you will complete your transaction. The system will guide you automatically.
Money back Guarantee and Return Policy
- All products are covered by a money back Guarantee:
- If any product arrives at destination damaged or destroyed then the value of the product(s) will be charged back to your account. It is very important that you inspect your package upon arrival before you sign the delivery receipt. Return damaged products to the shipping company and they will be replaced at no extra cost.
- Lost items are reshipped to you at no extra cost.
- An order may be cancelled prior to shipment date. Usually all orders ship out within 24 to 72 hours maximum (business days).
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped to its’ destination.
- The shipping cost of any shipped order is non refundable under all circumstances.
