It is produced from the famous red grape variety, Moschofilero of Mantinia, which following a specific process is vnified into white wine. It has a delicate aroma of acacia and roses and a slightly accentuated acid taste which are the main characteristics of wines coming from the Mantinia area.

Our grapes are gathered from the slopes of Mantinia and are vinified using the best technological methods. Four months after the vinification the wine is bottled in limited quantities and is offered to the consumers one month later.
